Project Overview

Located in Alhambra, E. Main St. was developed as an 8,000 SF mixed-use commercial proposal combining two street-level retail spaces with five offices above. Basement parking, landscaped terraces, and a clear circulation core were integrated to support both visibility and everyday function within a compact urban site.
