Zenith is a 10-unit multi-family residential project shaped through the interplay of void, enclosure, and implied space. The design explored how light, transparency, and spatial pause could define the experience of collective living beyond built mass alone, creating an architecture shaped as much by atmosphere and sequence as by form. Through a restrained contemporary language, the project sought a careful balance between openness and containment, where absence became an active part of the composition.
